PROCEDURAL TECHNIQUES
All components are made of high quality materials (stainless steel 1.4571, teflon, borosilicate glass ...) and carefully processed. The modern modular design of the tetrahedral tubes ensures long service life, ease of maintenance and operational safety. We hereby also comply with the DIN 19627 safety regulations.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
At AK OZON TECHNOLOGIES, we have developed a special power electronics for the optimum production of ozone. The monitoring and control of all important operating parameters is ensured by a programmable logic controller (SPS). It allows the exact, continuous regulation of the amount of ozone in ranges of 4-100%, depending on the measured level of residual ozone. The programs can also be customized to suit the customer's needs.
